Welcome to HappyKit. HappyKit is a separate brand of our parent company, Craftywebbies, which operates this website. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

About us and payments

HappyKit sells bulk return gifts and gift kits for kids’ birthday parties. The business behind it is Craftywebbies. Payments are collected through a payment gateway account registered in the name of Kartik Jain, on behalf of Craftywebbies, so this name may appear as the receiver on your bank or UPI statement. Our food products are sold under FSSAI Lic. No. 21426008003897.

Orders

• You can build your own kit or choose a ready-made one. A kit is made up of a pack, goodies and an optional treat.
• The minimum quantity is 20 kits per order and the minimum order value is ₹499.
• An order is confirmed only after payment is received. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or there is an error in price or details.
• Please check your delivery address, phone number and party date carefully. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong or incomplete details.

Prices and charges

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Goodies are priced at their market MRP to keep things transparent.
• We add a packing & handling charge of ₹5 per kit, shown separately in your cart and at checkout, to cover our packing and overall expenses.
• Prices and availability can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Product images and brands

Product photos are for reference only and may not show the exact brand you receive. When a product does not name a brand, we pack it from any good-quality brand that is easily available at that time, so we can fulfil your order on schedule. When a product names a brand, for example Doms or Apsara, we deliver that exact brand.

Payment

We accept UPI, cards and net banking through our payment gateway. Cash on delivery is not available. Your payment details are entered on the secure gateway page and are not stored by us.

Delivery

• We aim to deliver before your party date. Please place your order at least 7 days before the date you need it.
• Delivery dates shown are estimates. Courier delays, weather, festivals and other events outside our control can affect them, although we will do our best to keep you informed.
• Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can change or cancel an order before we start packing it. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If an item arrives damaged, missing or wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund, as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Food items and allergies

Treats such as chocolates and snacks are packed as received from the manufacturer, with their own labels and expiry dates. Chocolate may melt in transit, especially in warm weather, and we do not replace or refund melted chocolate. Wafer-based or coated chocolates such as Gems and Munch travel best, so we suggest choosing those. Please read the label for ingredients and allergens before giving them to a child. Many items may contain traces of nuts, milk, soy or gluten.

Safety

Some goodies, such as small toys and stationery, are not suitable for very young children. Please supervise young children and check the age guidance on the product.

Using the website

Please use the website only for lawful purposes and do not misuse it, for example by trying to break its security or placing false orders. All content, logos and designs on this website belong to Craftywebbies and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Craftywebbies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India, after we first try to settle it together through the contact details below.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
