HappyKit is a brand of Craftywebbies, the parent company that runs this website. Payments on this website are collected through a payment gateway account registered in the name of Kartik Jain, on behalf of Craftywebbies. So on your bank or UPI statement you may see Kartik Jain or Craftywebbies as the receiver.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, party date and the kit you built or chose.
• Payment status: whether a payment succeeded, and the transaction reference. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net banking password. These are entered on the secure page of our payment gateway.
• Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp or email, so we can help with your order.
• Basic technical data: browser type, device, pages visited, and cookies that keep your cart working.

How we use it

• To process, pack, deliver and support your order.
• To send order updates, such as confirmation and delivery details, by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
